Lapin Teollisuusrakennus Oy

Lapin Teollisuusrakennus Oy is an independent family business, established in Kemi, Finland, in 1983. We mainly operate in Lapland, the Oulu region and in southern Finland, but we also regularly carry out projects all over Finland, too. In addition to industrial and new buildings and renovations, we have expertise in demanding construction projects that require specialised expertise. Our clients include industrial enterprises, cities and municipalities, banks, insurance companies, and housing and real estate companies. Thanks to our nationwide network of professionals and suppliers, we are able to allocate resources wherever they are required.

Our turnover over the last three years has been, on average, over 30 million euros, which is also the estimated turnover for this year. The cornerstones of all our operations are high quality and reliable deliveries. Lapin Teollisuusrakennus Oy has the Certification of Competence granted by the Finnish Construction Quality Association (Rakentamisen Laatu RALA ry) and the HSEQ certification for industrial operators. We also operate in compliance with our own quality management system.

We currently employ over 100 construction professionals. All of our employees hold an occupational safety card for the construction industry and a hot work licence. We regularly organise first aid courses and our employees actively attend professional training courses.

Lapin Teollisuusrakennus Oy is headquartered in Kemi, Finland. The Oulu office was established in 1995 and the Southern Finland office in 1998.
